Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to enjoy the spa's amenities. Drift Spa is equipped with men's and women's locker rooms, relaxation lounge, steam room, and complimentary refreshments.
As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the 15 minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.
We do not and will not discriminate against any customer or employee based on gender, race, creed, age, religion, masks or vaccination status. All are welcome, included and respected. If you need to cancel your appointment, you are responsible for doing so within the cancellation window to avoid any charges. See cancellation policy below.
cancellation & no-show policies
We maintain a strict cancellation policy and credit cards are required to secure all appointments. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48-hour notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged full menu price.
Drift Spa is not liable for the loss of or damage to personal articles, please do not bring valuables to the spa. Please - Remember to silence your cell phone when in our relaxation lounge and during your treatment.
All major credit cards, Drift Spa gift cards/certificates as well as cash are accepted for payment. We do NOT accept personal checks.
We are committed to providing superior service to our guests. Our prices do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so upon checkout.
Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give. Gift Cards are available at the spa reception desk, through our website or by calling 541.323.8883. Gift Cards must be presented for redemption. Specials and discounts are NOT applicable to gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards redeemable for services or merchandise only and cannot be used for gratuities unless specified otherwise at the time of original purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Return unused products within two weeks of purchase with original receipt and packaging for a refund or spa credit.
